Seized by the Nietzscheans at the start of their insurrection, the planet has been held by them ever since and used by the Drago-Kazov Pride to control access to important sections of the Andromeda Galaxy. Any travelers passing through Cestus Martialis must pay tribute to Drago-Kazov or face the wrath of the powerful missile batteries seeded throughout the system. The planet's small population (Drago-Kazov Nietzscheans and their human servants) exists mainly to collect revenue and enforce the blockade. |
